MNSSHP 2025

Welcome Foolish Mortals! We all have been anxiously waiting for Disney to announce when Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be returning this year! Today, we finally got the details to share with you all! Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is coming this August through October in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park.

MNSSHP will be held on select nights starting August 15th, through October 31. Guests will be allowed to enter the Magic Kingdom at 4pm. This party normally runs through midnight. This event does require the purchase of a MNSSHP Ticket for each guest in your travel party (ages 3+.) Guests staying at Walt Disney World Resorts, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, as well as Shades of Green will be able to purchase their tickets in advance of the general public on May 15th. For all other guests, ticket sales will be available on May 22nd. Ticket pricing varies by party date. Available MNSSHP dates can be found below.

If you’ve never been to MNSSHP, here are a few things you can expect from your party night.

1. Trick or Treating
Prepare for an evening filled with exclusive treats and trick-or-treating throughout the park! Trick or treating is also allergy-friendly, ensuring everyone can partake in the festivities. While dressing up isn’t mandatory, it certainly adds to the fun for both adults and children. So start planning your family’s costumes now. We love seeing all the costumes every year. If dressing up isn’t on your to-do list, search for one of our approved sellers in the group for your Halloween shirts and accessories.

2. Exclusive Parades
To add to the festivities, you will see a few different shows and parades throughout the night. The return of a fan favorite, Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. The one and only Headless Horseman leads the way from Frontierland all the way down Main Street USA. There’s nothing like hearing the sound of the horse’s hooves on the cement. This parade is filled with some of your favorite Disney Characters, Princesses, and of course Villains. You’ll even find some spooky friends from the infamous attraction, The Haunted Mansion.

3. Halloween themed Fireworks and Nighttime Spectacular
Jack Skellington will host ‘Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular.‘ This nighttime extravaganza will feature your favorite Disney characters, projections, lighting, music, and fireworks.  We recommend grabbing a spot early in front of Cinderella Castle so you can see Jack and all the amazing projections. The Sanderson Sisters will be returning for the ‘Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular’ stage show. This show features not just the Sanderson Sisters, but also some of your favorite wicked Disney Villains. The shows are some of the highlights of the evening so be sure to check the map for showtimes throughout your party.

4. Meet & Greets
Come prepared to meet some rare characters. We love seeing our favorite Disney friends dressed in their Halloween costumes. Characters that do Meet & Greets at this event do sometimes vary by year. This party is also one of the only opportunities to meet Jack and Sally. These lines can get long so if these are a priority to you, we recommend you get in line at the start of the party or towards the end of the party.

5. Attraction overlays
There is plenty to do during the party as most of your favorite attractions will be open throughout the night. To add to the excitement, themed overlays transform select attractions across the park. Space Mountain provides a thrilling experience in complete darkness. You’ll even sometimes find heckling pirates on Pirates of the Caribbean. Additionally, Mad Tea Party becomes a lively spectacle with an array of vibrant and playful lights.

6. Exclusive treats
During the Halloween season you’ll find themed snacks and beverages across the parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs. Disney Parks did release some fun-themed snacks you’ll be able to find this season. On party nights, you’ll also find exclusive snacks throughout the park. Check your map to see what’s available and where to find them.

7. Fun Magic Shots & Step-In Photo Frames
Located throughout the park, you’ll find areas for some fun photo opportunities sprinkled with Disney magic known as Magic Shots. You will also find large photo frames that serve as ideal backdrops for capturing your party memories. Be sure to check your party map to see all the various locations.

8. Dance Parties
Join in throughout the park in various locations for some fun and dancing! A new dance party with the music and moves of “Zombies 4” and more “Zombies” fan favorites.

Cait and Steph will be headed to the first party on August 15th. We will be LIVE streaming in Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2025 Facebook Group throughout the evening. We will be going over the map and schedule of the evening. We will also share some of the nighttime spectaculars with you. This exclusive group will help you make the most of your own party experience.
