We are thrilled to announce that Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval will be making its return to Universal Studios Florida this year! The event kicks off on February 3rd and will run through April 7th, 2024.
There is an abundance to discover at this vibrant event at Universal Studios! From lively parades, sensational concerts, delectable food options, exciting shopping, and more. The incredible part is that no extra ticket is needed beyond your park admission.
You can experience the ultimate party atmosphere on the streets of Universal Studios. During the Mardi Gras Parade, you’ll see vibrant floats, influenced by New Orleans and Carnaval festivities worldwide. Get ready to seize the moment and catch some beads while witnessing the spectacular floats. You can even join in the fun and be a float rider! You’ll toss beads to the crowd while you make your way through the streets. The only way to guarantee a spot on the float is through the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience. As part of the Mardi Gras Float Ride & Dine Experience, guests will be able to enjoy any one appetizer, one entrée, one dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage from the current menu at participating restaurants during their designated dining reservation time. There are also a limited number of spots available per night via the Virtual Line experience in the Official Universal Orlando App. You must be 18 years or older to be eligible for this unforgettable experience.

On select nights you’ll be invited to live concerts. Concerts begin at 8:30 PM and the Music Plaza Stage. We recommend getting there around 2-3 hours before the concert starts, to claim a spot up near the front. The lawn area fills up fast.
