WHAT IS EARMARKED?
Earmarked is a designation granted to Travel Agencies by Disney Destinations that meet specific criteria after being registered with Disney for at least 2 years. Discovering the Magic Travel has achieved this milestone in record time! We are now proudly recognized as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. We are thrilled to share this fantastic news with all of you, so you can join us in celebrating this remarkable achievement! So, what does this mean for you, our valued guests?
WHAT THIS MEANS
We have an incredible family of 36 Travel Professionals. They go above and beyond for their clients and are some of the nicest, hardest workers you will meet! But it goes beyond that! We will get opportunities to help us visit Disney even more, which means additional training on-site with Disney Professionals to ensure we have the most knowledge and expertise as Disney continuously changes! It goes above our normal trips and allows us to interact with others to make sure we are providing you with the optimal experience!
We are experts in Disney vacations, covering Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and NatGeo. Our top-notch services come at no extra cost when you book a package with us! Absolutely no additional charges! Disney already includes this in their pricing, whether you use an agent or not. We are here to assist with dining reservations, ensuring any discounts or deals offered by Disney are applied to your reservations, managing virtual queues, mastering Genie+, waiting on hold for you, providing support in case of travel delays or issues, answering all your questions, and helping you create an enchanting vacation filled with unforgettable memories!
HOW TO GET BOOKED
We would LOVE to help you all book and plan! It is an honor to be able to help you with your most fun & memorable moments in life. To help you best, we typically start off with a phone call. This will allow us to get to know you and what your dream vacation looks like. From there, we put together vacation quotes with customized vacation packages so they fit exactly what is right for you! When you decide, we gather the important information needed to officially book you. For a full package, it is a $200 deposit at the time of booking. You can make payments until your final payment due date which is 30 days before arrival. Depending on how soon your vacation is, we will set up dates to discuss dining reservations that we do for you, give you all of our tips and tricks, help you set up and master Genie+, and MORE! Then just before you’re due to embark on your magical vacation, we will have a final phone call to answer last-minute questions and review your trip!
