Be sure to join us in our Facebook Group to stay up to date on all party details. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2022 Group Let’s get down to the details of the party!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is an exclusive ticketed event that is brought to Magic Kingdom for select nights. All members of your party (ages 3+) must have a party ticket to have access. Starting at 4pm, you can enter the park and get your wristband. Upon entering you’ll receive a map for the party. This will give you a timeline of what to expect through the night. From character sightings, attraction overlays, parade times, exclusive snacks/drinks, etc. The official 2023 map will be posted after the first party so you can better plan your party night.

Festivities normally begin at 7pm. Here are a few things you can look forward to. There will be a few showings of Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration. All of the characters gather on stage to sing songs and make the most memorable holiday show! We cannot get enough of this holiday cheer. This show normally has 4 viewing times, so be sure to add it to your schedule.

Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade pulls out all the bells and whistles. From the amazing toy soldiers that are perfectly aligned as they march down Main Street, to your favorite Disney Princesses, to Mickey and his Pals, and to Santa and his reindeer finishing at the end. Be sure to take in every detail and every smell. The smell of gingerbread and hot chocolate and the floats pass you by makes this the most memorable parade in Disney World! We always suggest catching the parade from Main Street USA so you don’t miss the snow! It’s something you don’t want to miss as it’s the most magical part of the whole party! There’s normally 2 opportunities to watch this each night.

Minnie’s Most Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show is sure to light up your night! The projections on the castle, perfectly timed fireworks, your favorite Christmas songs, and all of the characters make this show one for the books. Be sure to grab a spot directly in front of Cinderella Castle or down Main Street USA so you don’t miss all the magic! If you want to catch the fireworks, you’ll only have one chance so be sure to add it to your schedule.

Included in your party ticket you’ll get complimentary small sips and yummy cookies! Be sure to stop at all the treat locations as drinks (hot cocoa, eggnog, cider) and cookies vary. Throughout the park, you’ll also find delicious exclusive snacks and beverages available! We are hoping the party has a Christmas themed popcorn bucket available. Last Holiday season we had a choice of a few holiday popcorn buckets! We scooped up this Holiday music box bucket! It sings and spins! Plus you can refill your popcorn bucket(s) at a discounted rate throughout the night and for your entire trip!

Across the park, you’ll find some of your favorite Disney friends. There’s 2 special Meet & Greets we never miss! You’ll have the rare opportunity to meet Jack Skellington dressed as Sandy Claws in the Town Square Theater. As well as the big jolly man himself, Santa!

On top of all the incredible entertainment through the night, you’ll also find select attractions with Holiday Overlays. One of our personal favorites being the Jingle Cruise! Who doesn’t love silly jokes with a Christmas twist! You’ll also find a special holiday theme on Space Mountain, Mad Tea Party, Tomorrowland Speedway, Monsters Inc Laugh Floor. These overlays are exclusive to party nights so be sure not to miss them!

You will also find exclusive party merchandise. In our experience, the line for this can get long so be prepared. We will share all our finds during our LIVE in our Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2023 group!

We do have a few tips for all of our party-goers!

-If you have an additional park ticket to Magic Kingdom or a Park Hopper Ticket the day of your party, arrive prior to 4pm to beat the crowds.
-Do not miss the snow on Main Street! It begins approximately 10-15 minutes before each parade.
-It’s a late party, if you have children, make your party day a rest day! Naps are also great, even for us adults!
-Go into the party knowing you won’t be able to do and see it all. Make a list of a few must-dos and start there! Everything extra is just icing on the cake.
-Have fun!!

We can’t recommend this party enough. You can use your party night to replace a day at Magic Kingdom or add it as an additional one! But don’t miss out on this one!

So if you’re looking to add MVMCP to your Disney plans, here’s a list of the current available party dates. We expect all dates to sell out so grab your party tickets now if you haven’t already.
