Welcome Foolish Mortals! We all had our fingers crossed and Disney delivered! Disney After Hours Boo Bash is coming this August through October in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park. This event is not to be confused with Magic Kingdom’s normal fall celebration, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP).
Boo Bash will be held on select nights starting August 10th, 2021. Guests will be allowed to enter Magic Kingdom at 7pm and will end between 12:00-12:30 am depending on their party date. Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, as well as Shades of Green are now able to purchase their tickets in advance of the general public. For all other guests, ticket sales will available on June 15th. Ticket pricing varies by party date, but you can expect between $129-$199 (plus tax) per person in your party. If you’ve never been to a Halloween event at Magic Kingdom, you’re in for a real treat! You can expect some great character sightings throughout the park. According to Disney, we could see
-Goofy
-Chip ‘n’ Dale
-Foulfellow and Gideon (from Disney’s Pinocchio)
-Miss Carlotta, Miss Renatta and Broome the Butler at the Haunted Mansion
– Jack, Sally, & Oogie Boogie
– Tons of villains
In Halloween events in the past, we have also seen the Sanderson sisters. There has been no word if they will join in the fun for Boo Bash.
You can also expect to hear spooky cappella performances from the Cadaver Dans. Be sure not to miss them, they are TO DIE FOR! See what I did here!
I can’t make any guarantees on who you’ll see at your event. All I have to say about character sightings is we 110% need the Headless Horseman!!
To add to the fun, you will see a few different Cavalcades throughout the night.
–Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto and pals, dressed in Halloween costumes.
–Disney Villain Halloween Cavalcade: Gaston leads the way, followed by other villains like Dr. Facilier, the Queen of Hearts and Jafar.
–Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade: Jack Skellington, Sally, and Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Christmas.
And last, but definitely not least, Maleficent will also make her appearance in her dragon form.
Adults and children can dress up in their costumes and enjoy a night full of exclusive sweets and trick or treating! Included in your ticket cost you will enjoy all the ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select beverages.
